I'll listen carefully to your thoughts and feelings and help you better understand yourself and your circumstances. There are often patterns in how a person relates to themselves and others. When these are understood and transformed, the result is growth and lasting change.

Often, people go through life with nagging thoughts or feelings that are disavowed from conscious awareness in ways that make life more difficult. It's as if you're driving a car with one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake: you'll get somewhere, but with a lot of unnecessary wear and tear.

I work with individuals and couples on issues including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief, and trauma. I use a warm, collaborative, relational approach that is highly effective and can help you overcome your struggles and achieve lasting change. Therapy isn't always easy, but it can change your life.
